0605 2007 they put the day before the month then comes the year

My first night here, in sydney
really scared, and feeling unsafe
don’t even know if I can find a job to start with
if I am going to travel around
I need a lot more money and a lot less stuff with me
and if Im staying
I need to get a job to start my life as soon as I can


0705 2007 (remember, day first)

in sydney for almost 32 hours now
starting to like it I think
so much information in my head
some didn’t write them down and slips away
some are lucky enough to be seen

everything is very very different

susan is the girl who sleeps above me
she’s 29 and very nice
from Germany
am listening to Tony’s song
thinking about him a little

everyone has a story
hiding or telling
either is fine

the guy I met in the habour today gave me his phone number
susan was saying what!? a job and a phone number all in the first day!? how? how did you do it !! haha whooohooo!!
she’s funny
we talked about Bridge Jones’ Diary, the movie or the novel coz Im reading it
I said to her, sometimes when I read it and it makes me feel better for not having a boyfriend for now:P
and she agrees, she says, that’s why I read all kinds of novels :P
it gives her hope
saying "it’s gonna happen! it’s gonna happen someday!!

Im glad I met her
she traveled from Germany to New Zealand and then now to Sydney and 2 days later to Hong Kong not to Taiwan but she says someday she’d like to.

altho she snores at night
well, same as my father, it doesn’t make them any less nicer.

no ear plugs but tissue paper

rest well, yes, after a long day
