因此，你抓不住它，
也無法用拳頭擊傷它，
所以像水一樣柔軟靈活吧！
清空你的思想，
無形無相、如水一般.
你把水倒進杯中，它變成杯子形狀.
把水放進一個瓶子裡，就成了瓶子形狀.
倒進茶壺，就成了茶壺形狀.
水能細流，亦能洪流，
像水一樣吧！我的朋友
