My Salt Water Tank!

I have dream of maintaining a marine acuarium since I was teens, especially with the outstanding assortment of beautiful saltwater fish we saw when we went scoopa diving. This time, with "Finding Nemo", Ethan has been fancy to have one Nemo at home. The first thing comes to mind about salt water tank is take it easy.

Having a salt water tank is like building a world. Remember Hsu Tze-Mo wrote: "You could see a world from a sand." Think about how much sand we put in the tank. The first thing to consider is "What should we put in?" Human being are so easily blind sighted when they react to things. People always gets impressed by the colorful fish when they see a tank, but when you try to put one together, it is completely different story.

On top of filter, light, heaters, the only necessary additions to a good freshwater setup are special gravel (crushed coral), sea salt mix, and a hydrometer. Water, sand, salt, and a hydrometer. Could you imagine that you need to run the water for about a month, before you put a fish in the tank, even all the PH value, salt level, nitride, etc reach standard.
