晶片荒難解 機車業淪三輸
晶片荒延燒全球,有「機車王國」之譽的台灣意外中槍。光陽工業執行長柯俊斌示警,不論電車或油車,都難逃晶片短缺影響,國內機車廠商要同時應付內外銷需求,出口海外還會受到船期與運價雙重影響,堪稱腹背受敵,整體而言,機車產業從內銷、外銷到代工三大面向都深受其害。
車用晶片短缺影響機車生產,打亂國內機車業者生產與供應外銷的節奏,尤其去年開始歐洲疫情連環爆、美國疫情居高不下,衝擊終端買氣,原本希望今年晶片供給轉穩,但看來恢復得沒那麼快,外銷已埋下巨大變數。
柯俊斌指出,不論電車或油車,都難逃晶片短缺波及,以燃油車來說,從碼表、煞車到整個排油引擎的控制,晶片缺一不可,電動機車在煞車控制、馬達、電池,晶片也是不可或缺的原料,晶片短缺問題沒有解決,衝擊的將是台灣「機車王國」的金字招牌。
外銷市場方面,如今屋漏偏逢連夜雨,柯俊斌指出,不僅因為缺乏晶片,去年訂單還有3萬多輛尚未消化,有淡旺季壓力,且因受限於當前滿載的船運運量,光陽現有已製造完成、等運送的車輛就有超過70個貨櫃,充分說明晶片與船運問題影響機車產業甚鉅。
內銷方面,柯俊斌表示,農曆年前、開學前等也都是旺季,缺晶片讓產線受到影響,依照庫存及展示狀況,雖已竭盡所能的調配生產能量、提供第一線經銷網路銷售,盡可能將機車提供給需要的消費者,但仍供不應求。
保養維修方面同樣受到影響,柯俊斌說,車主至經銷網絡與各服務店要求更換控制器或晶片,也因晶片缺乏無法滿足需求,此時自然會衍生與累積消費者的負面抱怨,晶片問題遲遲無法解決,產業秩序就難恢復。
