REAL negotiation class

Yesterday was a tricky day for me. Because of the company, they proposed somethings that I really do not like. Such as as Chinese employee, live in hotel, not paying insurance and lower salary. In the beginning I was a bit angery against them. I do not know how come they dare to propose something like that. But after being quiet to think, I first think I need to be clear myself about what I want. Making a list and coming up with clear statement, it should be clear line about the lowest expectation for the situation. Even caculate and show the reasons.

With clear statement, I can stay strong for my statement and defend for my right. I would like to take it as good training for negotiation. If you gonna be a business manager and really apply what you do learn in MBA, any negotiation class will not really help you. You can learn from real case with real people, in real situation, of course with real money!
