Most CEO realized that their companies can not success without making acquisitions. In fact, it become virtual impossible to create a world class company through organic growth alone. Most industrial grow at a relative slow pace, but investors expect companies quickly. Not everyone can steal market share, particularly in mature industries. Soon or later, companies must turn to acquisitions to help fill the gap.
