The sales goes down within these few months. And our factory do not have order for manufacturing. And because of my manager's father's cancer, he takes many date offs for taking care for his father. As a respresentative of sales department, I went to the leadership meeting tonight. It was a very serious meeting. Of course, everyone is trying to find the solutions for this situation. However, our department as the target of this meeting, feeling that we got to do more and more to adapte the fast pace and fast moving world.

I read one article in economic daily news, the prime minister of Taiwan annonuce that Taiwan is very small island, we should be more flexible toadapte the fast moving enviroment between worldly economic situation. If we become rigid and no more flexible, we have no room to survive in this world.

I agree it and know, if our company still rigid and without flexibility for change. We will be easy game over in this medical market. It is not fun. Unless we do try our best, we will never say I do all my best.

I have many plans on my brain. Persuding my sales to follow me and listen to me will be my next task. However, you never try, then you never know! Right?
