－What You Can Expect －

At 8 am (3pm for afternoon tour), we pick you up at your hotel the villa where cooking class will be organized. This villa has a playground for kids and owns scenic view from dining place to Red River. The hosts warmly welcome you and introduce you family members. Then you have a chance to learn some Vietnamese simple phrases in 30 minutes before going shopping in local market.

When you』re ready, we start cycling (or walking) to the local market nearby. Here you can buy materials for our class by yourself. There are so many things in market and all of them are fresh. By shopping here, you are trying the normal life of Vietnamese and learn more about Vietnam culinary. You will have exciting time communicating with friendly local people by both verbal and nonverbal way. Don』t forget to take some photos with them.

After shopping, we come back our home to prepare and cook under the instruction of our tour guide. Learning how to marinate and to spice will be the most crucial lesson. It』s interesting decorating dishes by yourself with flowers made from carrot, lemon grass stems, banana leaves and curved chili. The authentic magical sauce mixed from fish sauce, water, sugar, lime, chili, garlic and herb is very easy to make.

Completing cooking, we enjoy the meal at the idea dining place with wonderful view of Red River and Long Bien Bridge, which was built in 1902 by French architect – Gustave Eiffel. After that, we take you back to your hotel before 1:30pm (8:30pm for afternoon tour). End trip.
