為了避免年華老去，女人們用盡了各種方法，女明星尤甚
世界上只有一位女明星，隨著年齡的增長，她不旦不將時間花費在容貌上，更是積極的投入慈善工作
去世後的她，如今仍獲選為世界上最美麗的女人，並成為永遠的典範

1.要有吸引人的雙唇，請說好意的言語。
For attractive lips, speak words of kindness.
2.要有美麗的雙眼，請尋索他人的優點。
For lovely eyes, seek out the good in people.
3.要有纖細的身材，請與飢民分享你的食物。
For a slim figure, share your food wigh the hungry.
4.要有亮麗的頭髮，請讓小孩每日觸摸妳的頭髮。
For beautiful hair, let a child run his or her fingers through it once a day.
5.要有自信的態度，請學習妳不曾學過的知識。
For poise, walk with the knowledge that you never walk alone.
6.人之所以為人，是必須充滿精力、自我悔改、自我反省、自我成長；並非向人抱怨。
People, even more than things, have to be restored,revived,reclaimed and redeemed;never throw out anyone.
7.請記得，如果你需要幫助，你永遠有你的手可以自己動手。
當你成長後，你會發覺你有二隻手，一隻幫助自己，一隻幫助他人。
Remmember, if you ever need a helping hand, you'll find them at the end of each of you arms.
As you grow older, you will discover that you have two hands, one for helping yourself, the other for helping others.
