為何ICC算出來是負值?

ICC(級內相關)的值會從0至1 才能詮釋但為什麼會有負值出現? 請看公式:

顯而易見如果組間變異(between-subjects variance)太小是有可能出現負值的這時候可以把它當成0來詮釋
