（中央社記者吳家豪台北15日電）證交所今天表示，13日證券商申報投資人華航個股違約，公告金額分別為新台幣544元零股交易、及1億1972萬5150元（買賣互抵淨額為607萬5150元）2筆，證交所已及時洽證券商進一步了解及審查。

證交所表示，為強化投資人違約風險控管，自民國110年10月12日起對違約投資人實施管理措施，首次發生違約，證券商應通知投資人委託買賣證券應履行交割責任。

證交所指出，投資人若未履行交割責任，違約資訊將揭露於證券商聯合徵信系統的個人負面資料，影響個人日後與證券商的業務往來，並告知投資人爾後1年內再次發生違約，於受理其首次交易日起連續10個營業日的下單委託，須預收足額款券等強化投資人違約風險控管措施。
