（中央社記者葉素萍台北20日電）中華民國第14任總統蔡英文、副總統陳建仁今天在總統府就職；蔡總統高舉右手宣誓後，從立法院長蘇嘉全手中接下中華民國之璽、榮典之璽，成為中華民國首位女總統。
蔡總統今天化淡妝，著米白西裝外套、內搭白上衣及黑長褲。
即將卸任的總統馬英九在府內迎接即將接任的總統蔡英文，兩人一同步入總統府經國廳就定位。
典禮9時開始，在唱國歌、向國旗暨國父遺像行三鞠躬禮儀式後，監誓人大法官會議主席賴浩敏就位。
以往唱國歌會跳過「吾黨」的蔡總統，今天沒有跳過吾黨，而是全程唱完國歌。
第13任總統馬英九、副總統吳敦義、前總統李登輝等人現場觀禮。蔡總統面對國旗暨國父遺像與監誓人，高舉右手宣讀誓詞。隨後，陳副總統比照辦理。
蔡英文就位時，府前廣場的群眾響起掌聲；蔡英文念完誓詞，廣場響起更大的掌聲。
立法院長蘇嘉全授與蔡總統「中華民國之璽」、「榮典之璽」、「總統之印」、「總統之章」；陳副總統也接受「副總統之章」。
中華民國國璽有二，一為「中華民國之璽」，一為「榮典之璽」。新任總統就職時，依「印信條例」規定由立法院長授與「中華民國之璽」及「榮典之璽」，代表國家權力象徵及政權傳承，賦予新任總統國家大政及責任，為中華民國全體國民所付託。
「中華民國之璽」為代表國家印信，蓋用於國書、領事證書等外交事務文件；「榮典之璽」為國家元首授與榮典印信，蓋用於勳章證書、褒揚令等榮典文件。1050520
