9成7企業願用新鮮人 起薪28K創10年新高
（中央社記者蔡怡杼台北1日電）6月開始各大專院校開始舉辦畢業典禮，意味新鮮人將投入職場，人力銀行今天調查發現，企業今年聘僱新鮮人意願以及平享好禮均起薪齊創10年新高，起薪達28K，已擺脫22K魔咒。
yes123求職網今天公布「畢業季新人招募與求職早鳥族調查」，調查顯示今年有9成7的企業表示，有意願聘僱應屆畢業或剛退伍的新鮮人，企業僱用新鮮人的意願創下2008年以來的新高。至於企業預計招募人數平均落在12.3人，略高於去年的11.4人。
對於聘用社會新鮮人，企業在乎的條件包含責任感、學習意願、抗壓性、穩定度，以及解決問題的能力。
至於在薪資方面，企業對今年畢業擁有學士學歷的新鮮人，平均願意提供的起薪是新台幣2萬8194元，創下2008年以來新高，相較去年的2萬6619元，多了1575元，增幅為5.9%。
至於研究所新鮮人，企業平均願意給的起薪為3萬779元，相較去年的2萬8625元，多了2154元，等於加薪7.5%，則創下11年新高。
尤其，頂著名校或研究所學歷起薪會更高，調查顯示，新鮮人若出身「台大、政大、清華、交大、成大、台科大、北科大」，企業起薪則變成2萬9533元，較去年的2萬7810元，多了1723元、增幅6.2%，創5年新高。若比起一般學士學歷的2萬8194元，則高出1339元。
新鮮人若從「台大、政大、清華、交大、成大、台科大、北科大」研究所畢業，企業願意給的起薪則變成3萬1667元，較去年的2萬9900元，多了1767元，等於加薪5.9%，創5年以來新高；同時，比起一般研究所學歷的3萬779元，高出888元。
yes123求職網發言人楊宗斌表示，隨著景氣回溫，不論是擴編、展店，或者「汰弱留強」，公司都需要新血加入團隊。另外，新鮮人不管是學士或研究所學歷，今年企業對新鮮人的起薪有明顯增長，再加上今年初基本工資月薪已提高到2萬2000元，在「比價效應」之下，新鮮人最怕的22K魔咒消除，畢竟企業唯有拉高起薪，才能搶到人才。
「畢業季新人招募與求職早鳥族調查」是yes123求職網於2018年5月9日到5月23日，以網路問卷進行抽樣調查，企業有效問卷共940份，信心水準為95%，誤差值為正負3.2%。至於求職者部分，調查今年應屆畢業的會員，擁有學士以上學歷的有效問卷共1226份，信心水準為95%，誤差值為正負2.8%。（編輯：趙蔚蘭）1070601
