深深體會到瘦身男女既經典對白 :{越食就越肥, 越肥就越食}..就係咁簡單~~ 胃真係食大左, 收唔番架~~ >.<

今日開始戒下午茶, (平日會買多個包包食)~~ 仲要係肥到溜既軟芝士麵包~~ (雖然好鍾意食..但係要戒)~~ 幸好臨收工有d野做, 分散下注意力..以為又想食野架啦~~ 收工買左本雜誌.....睇睇睇, 未返到屋企, 已經聽到..個肚打緊鼓~ 快快拎d衫入房抽濕..於是開餐, 媽咪前日買左幾件cake~~ 二話不說食左二件, 飲埋包嚴重超標既麥精~~ (無辦法), 媽咪買左咁多pack.唔飲又唔得~~

隔無耐......想食野!! 忍..忍..忍...食左二條蕉算啦~~ (同自己講)..好飽好飽...達係sofa唔郁....唔消耗energy就無事....但係~~ 個口想食野....睇本shopping書講自助餐~~ 好想食........於是拎包紫菜頂住先.....

隔一陣~~ 主角出場....係雪櫃拎包生菜出來, 水滾菜~ 唔加油...只加少少雞粉~~ 感覺良好..起碼可以食..食..食....食不停...而又唔會覺得好肥...都係菜之嗎? 遲下真係要去city super買d沙律菜,加d唶...唸仲健康~~ 因為滾菜無乜營養~~ ^^

燙左機衫.....算係有運動嗎??
