You can install the child car seat in a forward-facing mode in a very quick and easy way. The Soft-Latch Isofit System consists of flexible straps and thus ensures a direct and easy connection to the Isofix mounting points in your vehicle. When you drive your car and there is no child sitting in the KIDFIX SL SICT, the child safety seat is to be connected to the ISOFIT system only and does not require an additional fixation with the 3-point belt.

Maximum safety is provided by the adjustable Side Impact Cushion Technology (SICT). The flexible side impact protection is to be used on the door side of the child safety seat only and thus provides a perfect side impact protection while offering enough space for more passengers on the other side of it.

The three-point belt offers optimum protection for your child. The intuitive belt positioner aims at the correct positioning of the seat and prevents misuse or incorrect fastening of your child. That way, parents will find the car seat's handling super easy and convenient!

華埠尼克村舞獅慶新春 採青儀式精彩

華裔居民逾半的曼哈頓華埠尼克村(Knickerbocker Village)，6日舉行慶祝農曆新年活動，精彩的舞獅表演為居民帶來新春祝福。

管理尼克村的地產公司Cherry Green顧問(Advisor)司徒仲菁表示，慶祝活動為居民帶來濃濃的年味，為民眾派發了內有糖果的紅包，希望所有居民春節愉快、豬年行大運；洪青醒獅團的舞獅表演，讓不少居民駐足觀看拍照，採青儀式將活動推向高潮。

尼克村居民陳女士表示，「春節慶祝活動不僅能讓我們感受到過年的氣氛，也有利於讓下一代感受中國傳統文化。」

不過，由於建築已經老舊，尼克村居民將在農曆新年迎來史上最大幅度的漲租；司徒仲菁表示，此前房東提出的預算，計畫未來兩年房租要調漲19.5%，但考量大多數住戶收入有限，因此決定只增加13%，分兩次進行，每次增加6.5%。

此前，州住房和社區重建廳(NYS Division of Housing and Community Renewal)也在尼克村召開居民會議，認為尼克村低收入居民較多，為了減輕居民負擔，正在計畫與市議會在即將進行的地產稅改革中爭取針對平價屋的稅收優惠，爭取將房租年漲幅降至3%。

司徒仲菁說，目前州住房和社區重建廳正在對最終漲租計畫進行審計，隨後將進行公聽會，公布最終的房租漲幅；「尼克村的建築已經過於老舊，需要維護，漲租不可避免，希望最終能夠達成各方都能滿意的漲租幅度。」

泌尿外科好助手 達文西手臂精準下刀

達文西機器手臂問世十多年，已普遍應用在泌尿外科；臨床上，有一名80多歲的老婦人，因血尿就醫，檢查發現合併腎盂水腫，後來確診罹患腎盂及輸尿管尿路上皮癌，此類癌症需要做腎臟輸尿管全切除及膀胱袖口切除手術，後來以達文西手臂進行手術，手術後五天即迅速康復並順利出院。還有另一名攝護腺癌患者經由達文西手臂攝護腺切除合併雙側性神經保留手術，術後隔天就恢復晨間勃起，治療效果令人相當驚喜。

尿路上皮癌手術範圍廣 傳統手術病人負擔大

中國醫藥大學附設醫院泌尿科主任張兆祥說明，尿路上皮癌於黃種人較為常見，症狀常為肉眼可見的血尿甚至是顯微血尿；門診中，一年就約有100例尿路上皮癌接受治療，因為腫瘤的特性會沿著腎盂及輸尿管生長，手術範圍自腎臟沿著輸尿管至膀胱的交接處(膀胱袖口)，若以傳統開腹手術，傷口會由胸骨下至骨盆腔，至少需要30公分傷口，後續傷口照顧及疼痛，對患者是極大負擔，更別說長時間手術及麻醉風險。

新一代達文西手臂手術時間減半 傷口小、術後恢復快

張兆祥主任表示，腎臟尿路上皮癌手術在切除腎臟、輸尿管及膀胱袖口後，還需要把膀胱切口縫合以防止小便滲漏至腹腔，由於空間較狹小且縫合角度極大，若用腹腔鏡會較困難也更耗時，若使用達文西手臂，可將手術時間減少至兩小時，縫合更簡單快速；且搭配3D立體超高解析度視覺影像，視野更清晰可將腫瘤清除乾淨，也因為傷口小，後續傷口照顧簡單且減少疼痛，術後可更快速恢復，以往需住院兩週，現在五天就能出院。

攝護腺癌手術 保留排尿功能與性功能

達文西手臂除了應用在腎臟尿路上皮癌之外，也普遍用於泌尿外科各種手術，尤其是攝護腺癌，目前已獲得健保部分給付；張兆祥主任說，攝護腺癌初期無明顯症狀，且易與攝護腺肥大混淆，最安全快速的檢查就是肛門指診觸摸攝護腺，檢查有無硬塊，合併抽血檢驗攝護腺特異抗原(PSA)。若發現攝護腺癌，治療方式依其癌症嚴重程度、年紀、身體狀況和有無合併其他重大疾病而不同；若惡性度極低，甚至可在門診積極切片追蹤觀察即可，不一定需要治療。

一旦攝護腺癌會影響到生命或生活品質，一定要治療。傳統攝護腺癌手術至少有20公分下腹部傷口，尤其攝護腺附近血管很多，可能會導致出血量較多。若以達文西手臂輔助治療，傷口較小，且出血量不會超過100c.c.；此外，如果腫瘤未侵犯到性神經，還能利用3D放大畫面，避開性神經及血管而將其保留，使患者術後勃起功能恢復良好。張兆祥主任表示，曾有位40多歲攝護腺癌患者，以達文西手臂治療，術後隔天即恢復晨間勃起，讓他相當印象深刻，病人也十分滿意。

勿吃來路不明藥品 定期健康檢查

張兆祥主任強調，其實所有的治療方式都有優缺點，就算是傳統手術也有不可取代之處，重要的是一定要與醫師討論何種方式才最適合自己。目前癌症仍為十大死因的第一名，泌尿道腫瘤很常見，而台灣為著名的洗腎王國，許多人因為飲食習慣不好，甚至是亂吃來路不明的藥品導致尿毒症，後續產生腎臟病變、腎臟癌、膀胱癌等等；所以，民眾身體有狀況千萬不要亂吃藥物，盡早到醫療院所就醫。有癌症家族病史的人更要留意自身的健康，定期健康檢查，才能早期發現，及早治療。
