（中央社記者林長順台北15日電）檢調獲報，某金控公司徐姓前資深副總民國107年間得知公司重大消息後，涉嫌於禁止交易期間內線交易。台北地檢署今天指揮調查局新北市調處兵分5路搜索，並約談徐男等6人。

檢調獲報，徐男等人於民國107年間涉嫌得知公司重大消息後，於禁止交易期間內從事內線交易，違反證券交易法第171條第1項第1款、第157條1第1項內線交易罪嫌。

北檢今天指揮法務部調查局新北市調查處執行搜索5處，預計約談包括徐男等6人說明。
