酒駕造成不少無辜民眾家破人亡，立法院交通委員會昨(12)日初審通過「道路交通管理處罰條例部分條文修正草案」。
明定10年內2度酒駕的累犯，可公布姓名、照片和違法事實，並提高酒駕司機的一起乘坐的人「連坐罰款」金額從600元至3000元罰鍰，提高到6000元至1萬5000元，基本上罰款提高10倍，酒駕後要重新領駕照，規定加裝酒精鎖，修正草案提高為6萬元以上12萬元以下罰鍰，以及申請登記配有酒精鎖的汽車，才能發給駕照。
