29Oct04 MBTI personality test
學校在星期一叫大家填了一份長達27頁共166題的問卷,問題都是二選一,例如 :Do you tend to have a) deep friendship with very few people, or b) broad friendship with many different people?
一是where do you prefer to focus your attention(通常將注意力集中在哪),分為Extraversion(E:外向)及Introversion(I:內向);
二是what kind of information do you prefer to pay attention to(通常注意到什麼樣的資訊),分為Sensing(S:知覺,比較偏向具體、仔細的描述)及Intuition(N:直覺,比較偏向抽象的概念);
三是how do you prefer to make decision(通常如何做決定),分為Thinking(T:思考)及Feeling(F:感覺);
四是which lifestyle do you prefer(喜歡哪種生活,包括工作方式),分為Judging(J:判斷,就是有規律並按照計劃進行)及Perceiving(P:察覺,較有彈性而沒有一定時間表、或是把事情堆到最後一刻才做)。
ISFP people typically care deeply about what they do, more likely showing this through deeds than words. They are loyal to the people, ideals, and organizations they care about. They have a great deal of warmth, although they do not always display it.
ISFP people tend to be tolerant, open-minded, and adaptable, taking things as they come. However, when something important to them is threatened, they do not give in. Since they often do not reveal their convictions, others may be surprised by their reactions.
They have little need to impress or dominate others. Since ISFP people believe that what they do speaks for itself, they do not attract much attention. Thus others may overlook their contributions, leading ISFP people to feel under-appreciated and less adequate than they really are.
They care about having people get along and may be the glue that holds things together. In addition, they pay attention to nature and animals and are keen observers of what is around them.
ISFP people are likely to be most satisfied in a work environment that values what they care about and allows them to adapt to the moment. People can count on them to notice what needs to be done and proceed simply without fuss.
