You are 19 years old. For sure, no high school for you. College is your only choice. Unless you have several A in your A-Level, you will probably end up with community college and prepare yourself to transfer (it is so normal here, unlike Hong Kong). Your HKCEE and A-Level may help you a lot because they are recognized as GCE. So if you have, bring them with you. so, you should finished F5 ? then you have to go to grade 12 high school. the high school most are start early of September. school will check your HK school report card see which subjects you had studied, they will gave you free credits for those subjects ( state passed, but no grade points. ) you need total 54 credits to gradulate HS. so, you may stay 2, to 3 semasters more to finish HS. if you finish F6. you have to take SAT or ACT test before apply college. the HK HS exam recored will be consider but mostly will not care in US college.
