【台灣醒報特派員劉東皋台中報導】選後拚藝文！東海大學最近與國際藝術家合作，推出「東海．藝起來」公共藝術建置活動。東海日前邀請國際藝術家舉辦國際公共藝術創作營，融合東海自然環境與人文歷史，創作了十件公共藝術作品，散落於學校東南側。另外，台中歌劇院也盛大企劃國際藝術節的11檔精采表演。
生產力建設公司總經理張芳民27日在記者會中表示，同樣的作品，藝術家會創作兩件，一件擺在東海校園，另一件則會成為公司建築物的公共裝置藝術。生產力建設因董事長和他都熱愛藝術，也將自行在公司的一棟建築的一樓空間興建藝術館，預計明年第一季落成啟用並開展。
此外，台中歌劇院「2019台灣國際藝術節」將於在明年3至6月陸續登場。活動將以「青春」為題，挑選11檔戲劇、舞蹈表演，在台中推出。
台中國家歌劇院藝術總監邱瑗說，這次的表演團體包括雲門2的「毛月亮」、黃祤的「長路」、郭奕臣的「2061宇宙掉了一顆牙」；另外還有荷蘭NDT1舞團「盲戀」與「愛慾之徒」舞蹈、英國重現劇團的「在遺忘之後」的肢體敘事、以及英國藍藍舞男孩的「黑、白、灰」重磅嘻哈街舞藝術等。
比較特別的是，已年屆七十的豫劇大師王海玲與奇巧劇團合作，將改編自俄國劇作家契訶夫經典小說「六號病房」搬上舞台，劇名「未來處方笺」；內容在探討生命的意義與人性，將現代劇戲與豫劇豐富的聲腔加以揉合演出，實驗性極強。
