The maintenance issues in gravel production line

Sand production line, also known as stone production line, is a dedicated production line of producing sand and stone for buildings, highways, railways and other industries. The main equipment of the production line include: Jaw crusher, impact crusher, Hammer crusher and Sand making machine series. Stone production line is generally applicable to limestone, river gravel, quartz sand and other materials. Among them, river gravel is higher hardness material, when deal with river gravel by crusher or sand making equipment, in addition to the regular maintenance and repair, we should also pay special attention to some other aspects of the problem.
Jaw crusher maintenance in the gravel production line:
Jaw crusher maintenance generally includes two main parts of the lubrication and maintenance, constant attention and timely good lubrication of the friction surface work can ensure the normal operation of the machine and extend the service life. Jaw crusher in maintenance need to regularly check and replace parts and do regular maintenance logging. When crush hard materials, the equipment wear is even more obvious, therefore, for the wear parts of jaw crusher (jaw, elbow board), we need to establish a detailed period of use detection.

Adjust the quantity of feeder from small to large, and generally control the height of the material in the crushing chamber to a height of four-fifths of the crushing chamber, we should also be noted the maximum feed size should not exceed the four fifths of feed opening width.
