葡萄牙居留證申請
1. Go to “Cartão de Residência” to apply your accommodation proof.
It takes around 3 days.
(說明你的國籍，到葡萄牙的目的，課程名稱，及現居地址，另外學校也提到我領的獎學金，證明足夠我在這生活，讓我免於提送財役證明)
It costs around 2 euro to get the proof. And you need to go to the one which is in your district.
(PLease check it with your local resident friends, don't ask me where is the “Cartão de Residência” in the eamil!)

2. Go to SEF(Serviços Estrangeiros e Fronteiras). Normally the SEF is in “Loja do Cidadão”
The required document: Passport ,the accommodation proof, formal admission letter from school and EC, the insurance card(the one we got from Erasmus Mundus is enough.),the finance proof , the announcement from advisor) and some photos. If they ask the finance proof, just show your account book or emphasize you are an Erasmus Mundus acceptor. Recommend you bring all the documents from EC, it’s useful.
It costs around 120 euro now.

基本上申請時,第一次只是遞件蓋手印,然後會告知你何時還要再去一次(大約隔七到十天).第二次去是繳費(不過我第一次辦的時候是2007年,是兩接階段繳費.但無論如何,金額是差不多的.)以及再蓋一次手印.
1.等通知後親自領件.
2.多付大約四歐元讓SEF寄到你家(你的葡萄牙地址).我選後者因為車費往返比四歐元貴且麻煩.
(Remessa pelo correio do tr ponto XIX da Tabela就是郵資)
收據
(Data do Pedido是申請日期，申請日期到拿到這張約莫兩周。拿到這張後，就同等已有短期居留身分，可與護照放一起，到處趴趴走了。正式的卡片就要等久一點才會寄到家。)

我在“葡萄牙华人中心”网站的论坛上也获得一些关于签证困局的解决方案，具体内容如下：
任何持有效护照和欧盟其他国家申根签证入葡萄牙境内的外国人,都可以申请葡国的暂时居留卡.新移民法颁布以后,葡国移民局统一向外国籍学生和有工作合同的打工者(包括老板)发放有效期为一年或两年的临时居留卡,也就是说,现在没有学生签证和工作签证的类别之别,统称为居留卡.楼主入境以后,要持个人有效证件和有效期内的欧盟签证去当地移民局申请居留卡.大概需要的材料如下,
1.贴有有效的欧盟申根签证的护照原件
2.如果是学生,要有学校注册证明;读博士学位的可以提供教授出具的工作合同
3.银行存款证明
4.在葡住址证明
5.护照照片2张(要求是白色背景)
具体的申请材料最好去当地移民局问一下.
