| 棲息環境：長鬚石蠶科是台灣產石蠶中體型最大的一群；通常在急流中之石間或石上結網狀巢。由於體型大，在清澈乾清之河域，溪釣客常尋找此蟲以為釣餌。幼蟲以葉碎片及矽藻為食。除未受污染河域之外，此類幼蟲也出現在輕度污染之河域。 地理分布：從河川上游到中游乾淨水域廣泛分佈，棲息在水潭及岸邊附近的卵石下方。 石門集水區分布：秀巒、玉峰、新興、下蘇樂、雪霧鬧、羅浮。 Environment： Found under stones and in fairly fast running water, Cold stenothermic: waters generally always cold.
