[練習] 蛙式-收腿時保持高腳跟 high heel recovery



這個練習法 (drill) 與之前介紹 Dave Salo 建議用基本仰練蛙式踢腿是相同的原理,不過一個是面朝上,一個面朝下罷了。兩個練習法可以做為漸進過程的兩個步驟,先練習「用基本仰練蛙式踢腿」,這個練習法可以讓你不需要擔心換氣打亂練習,覺得練順了,換到這個練習法。
