恩.....初學其實還不用強調dolphin kick拉!只要把body dolphin練好,學起來會比較輕鬆!另外初學蝶式最難的是手與蝶腰的動作配合,至於蛙鞋不需要穿啦,一樣可以把蝶腰練起來~

For beginner, body undulation is hard to come by. With help of fins, it's like adding accent onto the undulation, making it easy to acquire. Besides, the dolphin kick and body dolphin are the same thing to me. I heard Bob Bowman using the term, "body dolphin", and he also mentioned, it's also known as "dolphin kick".
To use fins or not, it's really up to you. If you can easily acquire the body undulation, and propel yourself, then fins are not needed at all. Michael Phelps & Ryan Lochte seldom used fins, either.
