Great location, okay service and decent brunch. It was nothing to

 write home about, but the portions were large and filling.

 Most of the seating faces the water so on a nice sunny day the view is spectacular.

 I haven't heard a lot of great things about dinner,

 but would like to give it a try in the near future.

A good place that has a lot of potential...they just have to keep the food-value-service consistent.
