位於溫哥華的一家當代印度風味餐廳 Vij's位居榜首

溫哥華南葛蘭湖（South Granville）

地區附近的Vij's餐廳自1994年開業，

然而餐廳在經營之初生意並不盡人意，房東曾抱怨烹飪的味道，

上門顧客更是寥寥無幾，餐廳開業僅兩個月時曾瀕臨倒閉。

從艱難中起步的Vij's餐廳如今已成為家喻戶曉的名店，

有不少顧客為了能得到一個座位寧願等上90分鐘以上。

With the free sample tasters that come around

(the chickpea flour and potato fritters were one of the best...

but so was the whole wheat wafer cracker

with chutney and mung beans!!),

it's easy to get distracted from reading the menu.

free Indian mocha tea!very nice!!

They also gave us cold water~

100% seated in 10 mins.

Great service, in the lounge and the restaurant. Great food,

attentive staff, and Vikram was all around,

greeting and smiling.

I even got a picture with him, with no fuss.
