The food is deceptively simple

(it’s actually very complex; instant noodles with MSG packets these are not).

When done well, though, it can be so satisfying.

I think in terms of food quality,

it is among the middle class of the whole Vancouver,

but definitely the best area this area.

I like that you get to choose the richness

of your soup and the fattiness of your pork.

The soup, pork-bone base, is the best in Burnaby clearly.

 It shows quite authentic Japanese style.

I felt nostalgia from that taste very much.

 Everything is well controlled.

They succeed eliminating strange smell and taste from it.

Half boiled egg represents Japanese one unbelievably.

Noodle keeps good texture.

 I'm not sure Canadians can love such a authentic one,

 but I strongly expect they keep their quality as long as possible.

It was feel great had hot ramen and green tea in such cold weather~
