首次舉辦的國慶遊行
The 1st Annual Canada Day Parade presented by the Burrard Inlet Fireworks Society in partnership with Canada Place and with support from the Department of Canadian Heritage and Celebrate Canada Committee for BC takes place at 7pm, Wednesday, July 1. Catch the new parade starting at Georgia & Broughton Streets moving eastbound, left onto Thurlow Street and ending at West Pender Street.

The Flying Canucks
Featuring past, present and future Olympians, The Flying Canucks perform outstanding aerial acrobatic skiing, snowboarding and new-school freestyle ‘Big Air’ maneuvers. They jump, flip, somersault, twist and turn individually and simultaneously in synchronization, to the high energy beats of a dynamic soundtrack. It’s the most entertaining combination of action and athleticism!

Delhi 2 Dublin
This group of five musicians mashup electronica with world music, while keeping it heavy on the Bhangra and Celtic flavours. Fusing tabla, fiddle, dhol, electric sitar, and Punjabi and English vocals with scorching electronic beats, Delhi 2 Dublin takes listeners on a wild ride through global sounds and synchronicities. Their unique style of live electronica is the ultimate transcultural music experience. It is the sound for today’s Globalista.

Soulstream
Vancouver’s hottest house band! A 10 piece funk and R & B outfit that will be kicking out the cover jams.

Laurell
A voice from heaven to sugarcoat her unique blend of acoustic, pop, and jazz – Laurell is stilling hearts one room at a time. She recently won the ‘We Are Listening’ Singer/Songwriter of the Year award, and was nominated for a Western Canadian Music Award for Outstanding Pop Album for her most recent release, Fears Asid.

Rumba Calzada
A favourite with Vancouver’s Latin Jazz and Salsa enthusiasts for over 15 years, guaranteed to move your feet and reach your soul performing a blend of Latin Jazz and Afro-Cuban rhythms.

Dal Richards
A Vancouver legend honoured with the Order of Canada, the Order of British Columbia and the Freedom of the City of Vancouver, Dal continues to swing - leading his orchestra of talented musicians in a blend of unique sounds that capture the best of the big band era, along with jazz, rock and pop standards from the 1930s to today.
