社區34樓突掉落屍塊！清潔工清晨上工驚：差點砸到我
屍塊竟從天而降！事件發生在中國大陸四川成都，昨（2）日清晨，當地社區突然有被分解的屍塊從高處落下，還差點打中清潔工，經查明死者是一名65歲的婦人，因患有癌症久病厭世才會想不開，從34樓一躍而下，墜落過程中疑似受到劇烈撞擊，造成肢體分離，初步排除他殺可能。
據《澎湃新聞》報導，昨日上午8時許，在成都市錦江區一處社區的A區5棟，一名清潔工驚見地上出現屍塊，嚇得連忙報警，還驚魂未定地表示，墜落物差點就打到自己，警方趕到現場時，周遭已經圍滿了旁觀的民眾。

有熱心居民提供當時的影像，畫面顯示死者的衣物四處散落，連四肢都與身體分離，當地警方原先懷疑，是有人將婦人殺害分屍後，再將屍塊從34樓的住戶丟下，但經過調查後，確定死者為65歲的張姓女子，患有癌症晚期，推測她因是不堪病魔折磨，才會走上絕路。

警方表示，婦人從34樓墜落，過程中撞上2樓的平台邊緣，重力加速度造成猛烈撞擊，婦人的肢體當場分離，因此掉落在1樓的才會是零碎的屍塊，目前已排除為刑事案件。

行政院促進轉型正義委員會8月提出考慮比照前東歐共產國家的「除垢法」，究責威權統治時期加害者及執法人員，但周刊踢爆，副主委張天欽在召集幕僚會議上點名侯友宜是轉型正義最惡劣的例子，更直言「這個如果沒有操作，很可惜！」。對此，民進黨新北市長參選人蘇貞昌今（13）日痛斥張天欽「瘋言瘋語」令他憤怒不已。
▲蘇貞昌表示，轉型正義的目的是還原歷史，讓台灣能夠跨越過去的冤屈和苦難。
周刊曝光促轉會內部錄音檔，指張天欽是執政黨打選戰的打手，爭議持續延燒，促轉會被罵翻，連行政院長賴清德也為張天欽的錯誤言行道歉表示，製造社會對立，不會為社會所接受欽，他代表行政院向社會公開道歉；而張天欽也於昨日火速辭職。
事件爆發當下，蘇貞昌就批張天欽失言「不適任」，而今受訪時更強調，自己一路走來看到許多人在眼前犧牲、台灣人為民主努力一輩子，促轉會這個機制才剛要開始運作，卻發生這種事，感到非常痛心，「這種非常不適當的講話，我非常的生氣」。
蘇貞昌表示，不必因為一個官員的「瘋言瘋語」受影響，強調要繼續努力下去，才能還原歷史、澄清真相，還給受冤屈、受苦難的人一點公平正義，讓台灣能繼續走下去。
