Negotiation, things could always not work out in the way you think it suppose to be. But don’t give up the first time, trying in different ways to achieve your goals. You don’t have to get frustrated or devastated. Be positive and patient. There are alternative ways to go around: negotiation, discussion, compromise, and so on. Things could change when you loose the solid part bit by bit, day by day. The point is that “Never say never.”

I think the most important thing I would like to let students know is about discovery of himself or herself as well. To find out their ability to help themselves and others is critical to survive among people. Students need help to clarify what kind of person they really are so that they can keep going. Though it’s a difficult task, it’s worth doing something like that for their own good.
