English learning

As for me, language (English) learning is kind of like an experience of mountain-climbing. The higher you get, the harder you walk(work). For my example, I ask myself to think and write down my thought toward topics here every morning, adding comments and practicing my writing as a daily routine. Within the process, I look into the dictionary for vocabularies I am not sure, clarifying those blurry and loose concepts. Although it could only do a little good, the effects of accumulation could be eventually enormous.

I think it`s a good idea that you continue to keep an English journal. As the other commenter mentioned, although there maybe grammar problems, it is fluency that you are dealing with when you keep an English journal. By accumulation, you will improve indeed.

In ESL training, we require students to write journals to develop the fluency. In journals, the idea is to not worry about grammar and accuracy, but to let your thoughts flow.

Keeping your writing practice! You can collect your practice and find a tutor once in a while to do correction. You can find an ABC(American Born Chinese) or people who have American native-speaker ability to be your tutor, then you can also practice both your listening and speaking. That`s the why I practice my writing. Good luck !
