One thing I forgot to mention, --- congratulations on the resurrection you’re enjoying!
I have not played badminton sport for long. The muscle in my legs does not have the kind of thrust the sport demands for.
You talked about sports injury in some other logs. Actually, I’m a sports injury expert. I might have all kinds that one can possibly image, from toe to the neck. Since you seemed suffer from it as well, I would suggest you prepare some ICE, after you come back from the court, putting some ice on your arm and legs. It’s recommendable you could take cold shower, I think in such hot summer, it should not be a problem. Anyway, the point is to keep your arm and legs cool aft exercising. See what 王建民 did to his throwing arm after retired from the pitcher’s mound. He put ice to his million-dallored arm. ICE could prevent you from muscle pain, and prolong your playing life.
但通常我打完球都趕著去上課,
如果我回到家睡前才冰敷來得及嗎? 2009-07-20 11:35:44
It’s better to have some ice patches put on your arm and legs as soon as you retired from the court. But only those professional players/athletes could have done that. So, my suggestion is that it’s better later than never. After doing that few times, then you should find the difference or improvement, I believe. That tactic works very well with me.
I watched this moive on TV few months ago, the football star sat in a cold water tub with lots of ice cubes in it right after training course.

我最近下課回來後,就會敷一下
腳的部分有明顯舒服..
手肘的部分就比較沒好...
除非我改變打球的時間,否則目前只能這樣補強了..
謝謝你的建議,很有用! 2009-07-22 07:32:23
