Healthy life style

Maybe from now on I should somehow change my diet to a more healthier one. For example, less food made of flour, more fruits, less coffee and soda, buy some nutricient supplement and honey. Especially for lunch, I think I should not eat too much rice as this will make me sleepy. Hmmm, maybe I should bring fruits to office. Bring brush and toothpaste too.

Hmmmm... there are a lot to work on. Exercise, reading, communication..Time is so limited. I think I need to improve my time management.
