提升素養改掉壞習慣,學習別人的優點。素養在提升的過程中也是可以“裝”出來的。體面的穿著打扮(不是非得很貴,就是讓人舒服)容易給人留下好的印象,自信大方,陽光謙虛。運動真是個萬能的小可愛。在運動過程中,揮灑的汗水,釋放的多巴胺,都可以把一些負面的情緒帶走。沒有了那麼多的負面情緒,人的面部表情也會舒緩下來。多看書,增加知識含量,讓你說的話,字字珠璣;有了知識的沉澱,遇到事情,就會有條不紊,風輕雲淡。多旅遊。讀的書多了,走過的地方多了,看待事物,看待人生就更加的有深度,有廣度。
