瘋傳、暴紅 go viral
Viral由virus (病毒)一字而來，表示其感染力有如病毒。一個人或一件事go viral，就表示已在網路上大量流傳開了。
網路時代的「暴紅」現象常常出人意料，像是近期突然在校園大走紅的彩虹編織（Rainbow Loom）這種橡皮筋藝術；8月中，美國則是玩出一股「冰水灌頂」的遊戲接力，一個週末就在網路像強力病毒散播般，一傳十，十傳百，片刻就瘋傳千萬人。
