How to simplify the sentence?
It’s really a difficult thing for me.
You need to use easy grammars
and need to let they know your thinking right now.
Too simple word can’t express your correct mean but too difficult word let them not to understand what’s your request.
Too many words that seems I don’t need.
Many grammars I can’t use easily.
I want improve myself immediately.
How can I do now???

That can be easy, can be not easy
So, in the beginning, you can try to speak out the words (or sentences) you are thinking right now
Never think it twice, try not to decorate what you want to say too many times, and use any word you can use no matter how easy it is
Keeping practicing, and you`ll be good^^
