新北衛局：大閘蟹封存數量不符 檢方調查中
: （中央社記者王鴻國新北15日電）新北市政府衛生局今天臨時召開記者會說明，業者進口大閘蟹遭封存的稽查作為絕無所謂稽查不力的情形，至於昨天會同檢方開箱稽查發現數量不符情事，全案已由檢方偵辦中。
新北市衛生局科長楊舒秦今天針對媒體有關業者涉嫌非法進口大閘蟹疑封存前調包的報導召開記者會表示，衛生局10月26日會同食藥署及海巡署基隆查緝隊共同前往喬艾舶公司位於貢寮區馬崗街的倉庫稽查。
她說，經查公司於10月18日輸入查驗不合格「中華絨螯蟹(大閘蟹)」2批分別為300箱（4862公斤）及300箱（5683公斤），經依比例開箱抽查秤重後，剩餘都現場封存於冷凍櫃。
她說，衛生局昨天再會同基隆地檢察署、食品藥物管理署及海巡署基隆查緝隊前往清點，發現有380箱及357箱，重量分別為5517.6公斤及5835.761公斤，不符申請具結先行放行的重量與箱數，因此，全案已函請食藥署調查處分。
她強調，當天會同檢方及海巡單位稽查作為，都有照片等資料可證明，都可坦蕩蕩供外界檢視，絕無媒體所稱緝查不力情形；稽查結果都會彙報食藥署，若業者有偷天換日調包，封存的不是當初進口的產品，就涉偷賣，會依法報請食藥署作處分。（編輯：張銘坤）1071115

3架空軍的幻象2000戰機飛越總統府上空，C-130運輸機以及P3-C反潛機也陸續登場，為了10月10日的國慶大會，國軍正緊鑼密鼓的加緊排練，不同以往都是由雷虎小組衝場，這次派出幻象2000也是首度有戰機穿越總統府上空。
不只空軍忙，三軍儀隊也趁著天還沒破曉就上場練習，踏著整齊劃一的步伐，即使是彩排也都一點不馬虎，轉槍拋槍都相當到位，就連五月天的金曲也加入表演元素，更是拉近與民眾的距離，讓今年的國慶表演更精彩可期。
