events coming up include:

output onedotzero special event
output are one of the uk旧 truly innovative and independent record labels. the night includes a special onedotzero dj set from label founder and graphic designer trevor jackson, plus colder [sonar, somerset house, sketch] and live performance by mu - sheffield旧 new hard edge electronica. with output graphics and visuals from parisian video artist george issakidis and fashion photographer and video artist donald christie. www.ouputrecordings.com

blacktronica
regular ica club nighters and future electronic black pioneers blacktronica present a onedotzero special, celebrating loud and proud the heritage of hip- hop culture. get ready for a history of hip hop music videos with a mash up from the early pioneering days to current hip-hop stars. a one off set to remember will feature over 200 videos courtesy of visual mix maestro vj specimen at the controls. the grand master mr charlie dark will of course preside over the proceedings with dj a-cyde and special live performance from infinite lives [big dada]. www.blacktronica.com

music video directors clash 3
following two previous events at onedotzero festivals, the battle for supremacy starts again, with directors fighting it out in an av clash. tim hope (coldplay, rem) defends his title (with tom stanton, xan blacker) against this year's heavyweights: stylewar (moby, rolling stones) and imaginary tennis club (junior senior, dizzee rascal). 8pm, sat 5 june

special feature premieres include:

dead leaves: a radical re-working of traditional anime where cartoon collides with graffiti by japanese graphic artist and animator imaitoons. dead leaves follows the super-charged results of a prison break out with deadly and explosive results.
9pm, thurs 3 june

sneakers: a deep exploration of the cult of the trainer that takes us from street to corporate boardroom via the sports shoes designers and afficionados. sneakers takes us inside the world of sneaker heads, sports hero endorsements, hip hop trendsetters and the urban fashionistas.

paranoia agent: the latest work from master anime director kon satoshi sees him move to tv for the first time. the premiere of the initial three explosive episodes of the tv series on the big screen. an animated psycho-suspense thriller, which unfolds from a single lie, eventually 蠧nfecting?everyone involved?br / target="_blank">9pm, wed 2 june, 9pm, thurs 4 june

wow + flutter 04
remaining a visual ideas lab for future moving image trends, this programme presents a spectrum of styles spanning animation, motion graphics and abstract experimentation from a wide geographic spread. several works are specifically produced for the festival or receive their world premiere airing, including work from psyop, richard fenwick, pleix, designers republic and more.

computer gaming visuals take their rightful place here on the big screen. includes unreleased intro movies and cut game play sequences, featuring the latest and most visceral contemporary gaming cinematics: onimusha 3, i-ninja, metal gear solid 3: snake eater, final fantasy x-2, forbidden siren and more.

wavelength 04
the first place to view graphic and digitally progressive music videos by both critically acclaimed directors alongside up and coming talent. includes director旧 cuts and rarely screened versions, in addition to world premieres. programme features franz ferdinand, ikara colt, futureshock, air, madvillian, muse and more.

nike art of speed
15 visions of speed through a nike lens.
onedotzero is pleased to announce the exclusive uk premiere of the nike art of speed film project. nike sought an outside perspective, asking 15 digital artists to create their own visions of speed through a nike lens producing an array of innovative short films, that push and cross the boundaries of their craft.
the fifteen films will be screened exclusively on friday 4 june, from 7pm at three intervals at the ica旧 impressive nash and brandon rooms at the following times: 7pm; 8pm; 9pm with introductions from key featured film-makers and nike creatives.
the screenings will be accompanied by a unique interactive exhibition detailing the nike genealogy of speed project reflecting on nike旧 obsession with speed.
