１９８１秋天　由鄉村首席玉女轉為流行歌壇性感女神的Olivia Newton-John 推出了大碟
首支同名單曲奪得Billboard流行榜十週冠軍　大賣兩百多萬張
並且成為１９８２年的年終冠軍曲
是首節奏明快　旋律討好　仍帶有迪斯可樂風的Dance-Pop
在奧莉薇雅細緻嗓音的詮釋下
此曲還在舞曲榜得到＃２２　黑人榜＃２８
會如此成功的因素除了歌曲動聽與Olivia的高人氣外
還跟它的音樂錄影帶有關
１９７０年代末期　８０年代初期　美國剛掀起健身風潮
搭上這股熱潮
讓Olivia 在這支音樂錄影帶中飾演一位健身教練
帶領一群想變成健美猛男的肥胖歐吉桑做韻律操跟運動
與其稱Olivia是訓練幫助他們　倒不如說她在折磨這群男人
調皮的Olivia 似乎玩得不亦樂乎
後來Olivia上完課去沖澡　準備去打網球
回後來竟然發現這些胖男人全變成年輕挺拔的健美帥哥了
她訝異地逡巡在這群幾近全裸的種馬之間

這是支劇情風趣的音樂錄影帶 也是早期MTV史上的經典之作
