Gillian：Pietra, let's go!

Pietra：Okay, okay. You know, you shouldn't rush great work.

Gillian：Actually, your work isn't so great, and neither is your attitude.

at a snail's pace
snail是「蝸牛」，pace指「步調」，at a snail's pace 字面上的意思就是「以蝸牛的速度」。由於蝸牛爬行的速度很慢，英文裡就用 at a snail's pace 來比喻某事進展得很「緩慢」，或形容某人做事「慢吞吞」。
