Besides wine tasting we love to go to this store in Napa. St. Helena Olive Oil CO. is place for gourmet olive oil and sauce tasting. They have all sorts of olive oil, dipping sauce, pasta sauce, spices, mustard, jam, honey and salt, etc. The store doesn't look fancy of any sort but it is a lot of fun to taste hundreds of sauce. They are all free for you to taste. We bought 4 items from them this time.

‧ Classic Dipping Oil with Balsamic--olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, chili, spices made by Tulocay. We bought this bottle before and we love it so much that we had to buy another one. We usually drizzle it on top of bread.

‧ Fig & Port vinaigrette--red wine vinegar, olive oil, canola oil, port wine, figs, sugar, salt, shallots, pepper made by The Girl and The Fig. It is a restaurant. We went to their restaurant once. I love their fig salad, so I want to have their fig salad dressing.

‧ Dried Lavender Flowers from Harms Vineyards & Lavender Fields.
