Stage 1} 淨化之舞 Purefying Dance
(亂語~ 呼吸~ 伸展 ~抖動 )
Stage 2} 自由之舞 Dance with flow
連續舞曲 ( 融入音樂,透過舞蹈表達你的內在~ 融入整體)
Stage 3} 芬芳之舞 In Silence
寧靜的芬芳
