Mines Beach Resort & Spa Bad Services~~~
Just wanna let all of u know, how bad Mines Beach Resort & Spa’s service..... If you ever consider wanna go there, please don’t do so... Belows are the problems i encountered before, during and after my wedding dinner:
1. The table cloth matter: we suppose to get tangerine red, not light pinkish orange color. I get explanation that the resort’s tangerine table cloth suppose to be red, and the resort wash it too many times until it become light pinkish orange color. What a lame excuse!~ If made mistake, just apologize and correct it, Not saying some funny excuse to cover up mistake.
2. Chair is not decorated with chair cover as promised. They claimed that they have not enough man power and time to arrange it. Not enough man power is resort’s problem, not suppose to be customer’s problem!~
3. Promised to give complimentary car park for bridal but I don’t think anyone there understnd what ’complimentary’ means.. If resort can’t afford to give complimentary car park, please don’t promise to give. Don’t even mention about it…
4. Bridal suite’s air cond is not functioning and we called resort’s people to come and check, only after 2-3 times calling they come. My make up artist make up for me in the room without any air cond. Air cond condition suppose to be ensured functioning even before we check in.
5. Promised to give technician but the one and only technician rush off after set up the things and doesn’t care whether later on, there’s any problem with the technical side and all those problems solved by my frens, not resort’s technician. Mines Resort’s technician is untrustworthy!~ In fact, everyone there are untrustable.
6. Person in charge of the wedding function didn’t turn up before, during or even after the wedding function. What kind of event planner is this?
7. 1 person in charge, Jeffrey changed handphone number (uncontactable before and during the function ) and didn’t inform us. Another one, Lee Lian claimed that she’s having on discussion and meeting the day before and 2 hours before my wedding. They’re suppose to in charge of my wedding, not in some other discussion or any other meeting, aren’t they?
If having other meeting or discussion 1 week or 1 month before my wedding dinner while i called her, I really don’t mind waiting for her to call me back later, but not 2 hours b4!~
conclusion is, no 1 is in charge of the event!~
8. The food is totally different from the food tasting. Food tasting was delicious and the actual day… it’s really not nice.
9. I went to other people’s wedding in mines before, I ate their shark fin, hardly can find shark fin inside. That’s y during food tasting comment, I asked them to maintain the same standard. On my wedding day, I understood totally now. The shark fin on the actual day in mines resort will reduce at least by half!~ 偷工减料！~
10. Ballroom’s background, suppose to hv ivory organza cloths and fairy light, but I don’t c any fairy light.
11. No floor plan available. If not I asked my fren to Photostat for me b4 that, I don’t think there’ be any floor plan available.
12. The most angry thing is, my guests’ (table 18 - Hang Li Poh Ballroom - 12 November Wedding function) shark fin’s got insect inside
(I didn’t make this up, this is truth)
13. 1 of my guest’s handbag is snapped by motorist in front of the lobby’s resort near the road there. What kind of security is this?
14. My guest left 1 roll of film in table 12’s chair. No action is taken or even tried to find for my friend.
15. When Brides and Groom go into ballroom, suppose to arrange 2 waiters to open the door for us. Not groom and bride open the door ourself.
16. when we drink and require for glass with ice,waiters and waitresses stand there and ignore us for many times.
17. Mines’s people know we’re not satisfied with resort service, nobody called us after that to apologize. I only get Jeffrey call after that, NOT TO APOLOGIZE, but to ask me clear the 2 barrel of beer’s money, which is their staff mistake, for not charging us. We don’t mind settled the beer payment, but, we’re very frustrated and angry with resort’s service and yet no sincere apology we get from them.
If you were us, what will you feels?
Learn a lesson from my case, don’t ever consider Mines Beach Resort & Spa in Seri Kembangan, Serdang. If it’s one of your selection of choices, take it out!~
