ultimate snicker chocolate chip cookies

Ingredients

• 1 1/4 +1/8+1T cup all-purpose flour (1T that is if 1T of Brandy is added)
• 1 Tbsp honey
• 1/2 tsp baking soda
• 1/4 tsp  salt
• 1/2 cup (100g) salted butter, at room temperature*
• 2-3 T light-brown sugar
• 2/3 granulated sugar
• 1 large egg
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 Snickers candy bars, chopped
• 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 2 ts ground coffee
• 1T of Brandy (whiskey)

Directions

• 原食譜約3T  350 degrees. 10-12分
• 家裡烤箱 150上下火
• 放中考4分後換邊放下考4分
• 考到第三盤溫度變高要再調低
