filling

1 14ounce can swetened condensed milk
1/2 cup lime juice
2ts grated lime peel
2 large eggs (separated)
green food coloring

1. combine condensed milk with lime juice, lemon peel, egg yolk until mixture thicken. add food coloring if desired

2. beat egg white until stiff peaks form. Fold egg whites into lime mixutre.

3.into piecrust, pour lime filling . 325F oven 15-20 mins
dont over baked, otherwise the sourness will come out...
