Shanghai 1

Where is here? Shanghai.

For years, I’ve long for a trip to Shanghai (or China if you want). No matter where I visited before, I got ready to speak different language at the minute when the cabin door was closed.
From cabin announcement, magazine, or passengers sitting beside me, I know I am out of a place I am familiar with.

This time, it wasn’t the same.
I took two flights that cost me 6 hours to somewhere..........well, a place where people know Chinese better than English.

This is Shanghai.

If my first experience to Hong Kong airport is ”huge”, my first experience to airline companies of China is, ”they talk too much.”

Seriously, I was surprised by service and attitude offered by their flight attendants.
First of all, they did not rush passengers for everything as flight attendants of our E and C airlines.
Continously, the meal was fairly heated, and they knew how to serve (except some smile is missing).

However, besides the situation that they don’t offer headset in cabin, China flight attendants enjoy talking, both in microphone and in persons.
I counted the time.
By three different languages, they spent more than 10 minutes to finish greeting and a short party notice.

When they said things like 七言絕句 (XXXXXXX, XXXXXXX, XXXXXXX, ...), the only thing I felt curious was how they are going to translate in Eng.
How? Don’t bother, they skip it. haha~~

Let’s talk about Shanghai later.
