然而....卻很難做到
常常被外物影響....被情緒影響....被其他人影響
做好自己吧！
你管別人怎麼看你...你管別人對你說什麼，你管別人做了什麼！
都跟自己沒有太大的關聯....
那麼....何必去煩憂呢？
