citibank 事件

交了form後收了一個電話,之後無下文了。form 是五月尾交的,但現已是6月15日了。於是,我send了一個msg 去他們的CS centre(英文水平有限):
i applied a SHELL citibank card and i had recieved a call from
your staff but i just asked her to call back cos i was not aviavlbe by that time. i want to know what info i have to fax to you to complete the application. thank you.

Thank you for your interest in our Citibank Credit Card service. We are pleased to enclose a “Citibank Credit Card Application Form” for you perusal. Please be advised you may complete the application form and return it by fax at 2917-5122 or by post to Citibank Card Products Center G.P.O. Box 3281, General Post Office Hong Kong.

To facilitate our processing, the following documents are required for credit card application:

Any one of the following income / asset proofs in Hong Kong:
- HKID (and passport, if applicable) of Principal Card Applicant AND
- Latest 1 month’s payroll slip or
- Full set of bank statements / passbook showing your name, account
number and last 3 months’ salaries or
- Other asset proof, e.g.) fixed deposit advice

If we can be of further assistance, please feel free to contact our
24-Hour CitiPhone Banking at 2860-0333. We will be delighted to serve

First of all, i left message to citibank website just yesterday, not June 2, 2008. i hope u wont mess up my enquiry with other client.

please note that i had already filled your application form and i m sure u know it cos in my message i said ”you staff had called me once”. So you got my number, and the form too. Now im kinda worry.... do u guys LOST my application form?

if i fax you info should i write anything or anyname on it? do i need to call before fax? anyone knows who’s ID for which application which case? u know 2 or 3 pages of fax copy are easy to be mixed with pervious fax. and i dont think it is safe to leave personal information alone in the fax tray.

and your hotline 2860-0333.... it really upset me. i had been calling it in the morning, afternoon, evening time through last 2 weeks . no one answer, no voice mail service. it seems im calling to a company that doesnt exist.

Eric this is the first time i choose citibank service, such a famous bank in Hong Kong but seems the service style is still immature. even the replying email is such a canned tone; it didnt consider on what i wrote to you before. however i m sure your prompt help could give me confidience to citibank again.
