美韓外長波蘭會晤 談2次川金會
南韓外交部長康京和，於當地時間14日，在波蘭首都華沙與美國國務卿蓬佩奧舉行會晤，商談第二次「川金會」事宜。（王長偉 首爾報導）
康京和前往華沙，是出席「促進中東和平與安全的未來」的中東問題國際會議。康京和離韓前表示，由於第二次「川金會」即將舉行，美韓雙方此次就第二次「川金會」的籌備工作進展，將成為最重要的議題。
美韓雙方在會上，是否會討論重啟兩韓經濟合作專案一事，備受關注。有分析認為，北韓雖然有意以永久廢棄寧邊核武設施，來換取緩解對北韓制裁，但美方對此持消極態度，雙方可能透過對金剛山旅遊專案或開城工業園區豁免制裁，來尋找切合點。
另據觀測，康京和與美國國務卿蓬佩奧，此次還將就日前達成一致的駐韓美軍防衛費分擔協定談判、美韓同盟關係發展等交換意見。
松山機場遷移是假議題？蘇煥智：小英總統，妳贊成嗎？

「Power錕」李錫錕再出擊，2日他南下高雄，與昔日的台大學生、親民黨市議員吳益好物分享最近流行產品政同台，他們都主張台北松山機場應提前關閉，將原有航線與運量分散至桃園國際機場及高雄國際機場，平衡各地發展。
吳益政：松山機場現在就可以遷走
吳益政準備以無黨籍身分，參選年底高雄市長，李錫錕說，吳益政挑戰高雄一黨獨大，與他在台北挑戰柯文哲一樣，同樣是勇敢站出來發揮民主制衡精神。
吳益政指出，為方便南部鄉親搭機出國，班機航線應以高雄為中心規劃，但是高鐵通車後，很多高雄人仍然搭高鐵到桃機出國。他表示，松山機場不應等到2020年桃機第三航廈興建後才遷移，只要把松山機場部分班機航線及運量轉給桃機、原本中南部客層班機轉到高雄，松機現在就可遷走，全台各地發展也能更均衡。
也要以無黨籍參選台北市長的蘇煥智，亦提出見解認為，贊成遷移松山機場，尤其是機場捷運開通，桃園國際機場第三跑道也要開闢，將目前松山機場的航空客貨運輸量完全轉移到桃機，整體而言是比較經濟有效的。
對於李錫錕等人促請提前關閉松機，蘇煥智則認為，短期而言（未來4或8年），松山機場能否遷移完全取決於小英總統及國防部、國安單位，對松機在國家安全所扮演的角色，以及此一國安角度是否仍有必要？是否有替代方案？
蘇煥智：松機遷移不是台北市長可片面決定
2002年李應元代表民進黨參選台北市長時，率先提出遷移松機的構想。2014年市長初選，立委姚文智就主打這個主張，到今年依然延續這個政策，還加碼說要是遷不走，要去松山機場搭帳棚，而且他預定4月22日要舉辦遊行來做訴求。
蘇煥智認為，松山機場遷移，是民進黨長期提出的政策，而國安問題是關鍵，有沒有可能的替代方案，小英總統、國防部及國安單位都應該清楚說明；他指出，因為松山機場鄰近國防部及大直衡山指揮所，其擔負的國安任務何時可以解除，不是台北市長可以片面決定的，權限是在總統、國防部及國安單位。
蘇煥智呼籲，蔡英文總統應該對此政策表態說明立場，才不會造成外界認為是「同黨自己人打臉自己人」的矛盾。
蘇煥智也同意，桃機第三跑道完成，以及機捷通車後，松機的航空運輸機能是應該考慮遷移整併到桃機，才能發揮整體的綜合效益。
丁守中：搬遷松機可創造東西軸線都更網拍熱門商品團購人氣商品
不過，蘇煥智也說，桃機第三跑道在桃園航空城計劃中，連都市計劃都還未定案，土地徵收更是渺茫，第三跑道原定2030年完工，即使最快也要到2025年才能完成。所以就算國安問題能夠克服，但可以預期在未來台北市長4年任期，甚至是8年，松山機場要遷移都不可能。
國民黨市長參選人丁守中也贊同松山機場遷移，他說，一個城市有兩個機場可以提升聯外交通競爭力，但在桃園機場擴建及機場捷運完成後，加上解除松山機場周邊限建高度，有助於大同、中山、松山、內湖整個台北東西軸線帶的都市更新發展，確實是可以搬遷松山機場。
柯文哲也不反對松山機場遷移，他甚至說隨時可搬，就看交通部的決心。但丁守中批評，「這完全是錯誤與不負責任的說法」，松山機場最快要到2022年才能搬遷，甚至是2025年，所以現在其他候選人談這些，在第一任任期都不可能做到。
這就呼應了蘇煥智的說法，「松機遷移短期內不可能，頂多只是表達多數市民的心聲。」他認為，比較重要的是「小英總統，妳贊成嗎？」這是中央完全執政的民進黨應該給大家的答案，而不是讓大家出來遊行抗議，成為一項造勢的活動。
